During the consultation process, we fully identify your current total
recruitment costs. Parc then utilises its buying power to negotiate the most
competitive fees with recruitment and advertising agencies, and through process
improvement, deliver huge efficiency savings. Generally our fees are quite
modest in the context of the savings produced.
While the level of saving varies according to a client's circumstances, one of
our recent projects has delivered over 10% in year one, Parc can, in most
situations, deliver a Resource Management solution to you, at little or no net
cost.
Q. Who will I deal with in the delivery of the
services?

success of a Resource Management programme. To foster that relationship, we
ensure you meet our business development, implementation and operations team
prior to commitment. We feel it is important for you to meet and know the
people responsible rather than deal with faceless people in a remote office.
Once a project is initiated, a dedicated account manager and support team are
put in place, to become your daily interface at an operational level. In
support of this the business development and implementation team also regularly
meet to discuss service issues and service enhancement. This regular controlled
interface continues for the entire life cycle of the project.
